TPG International Express - Online Services Terms of Use

1. Scope and Agreement

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TPG International Express website, mobile applications, and online platforms (the "Platform"). 1.2 By accessing the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with TPG. Use of specific services, such as international shipping or TPG Shop purchases, may be subject to additional "Terms and Conditions of Carriage."

2. User Registration and Security

2.1 To access full features, users must create an account. You are responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information. 2.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TPG shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.

3. Core Services and Electronic Data

3.1 Import/Export: TPG facilitates the transport of documents and commercial samples to over 202 countries. 3.2 One-Day Clearance: Our express customs clearance for postal shipments is processed based on the electronic data provided by you. You guarantee the accuracy of shipment descriptions. 3.3 TPG Shop: As an affiliate service active since 2016, all global online purchases and local deliveries are managed under TPG’s logistical framework.

4. Prohibited Use and Intellectual Property

4.1 The content, logos, graphics, and software code on this Platform are the intellectual property of TPG. 4.2 You may not:

  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data.

  • Attempt to bypass security measures or introduce malicious software.

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Platform’s content without written consent.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Payments

5.1 For services utilizing Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer agrees to pay the full invoice amount upon delivery at the specified destination. 5.2 TPG reserves the right to suspend delivery if payment terms are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 TPG strives for Speed, Precision, and Security; however, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: customs delays, global pandemics, or national strikes. 6.2 Any claims regarding online service malfunctions must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident.

7. Export Controls and Compliance

7.1 Users must comply with all applicable national and international trade laws. You represent that you are not on any restricted party list that would prohibit TPG from providing services to you.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1 TPG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
